We have been battling leaks in our gym roof. In a chance meeting with Ace Roofing, I described our problem and our limited budget. Ace came out we were able to work out an overlay solution that not only fit our budget, but they worked to fit it in around our difficult schedule during school. Ace also helped us secure a high wind option with a 20 year NDL warranty really giving our school board a sense of security with this project.

Nothing was square, nothing was 'standard" nothing was easy about it due to the stone the building was built of. They recommended a PVC membrane to seal the building permanently.
