Ace came out we were able to work out an overlay solution that not only fit our budget, but they worked to fit it in around our difficult schedule during school. Nothing was square, nothing was 'standard" nothing was easy about it due to the stone the building was built of. They recommended a PVC membrane to seal the building permanently.
